Free tools and availability

The tools currently available on this website are free to use. Features may be updated, paused or removed as the service develops. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that a particular feature will remain available indefinitely. Save your own copies of important work.

Optional design purchases

An optional design upgrade is being prepared. Paid checkout is not open yet, and existing templates, font controls and current download sizes remain free. The Download window explains the upcoming offer and shows its price before any payment can be made.

The purchase terms describe the planned one-design upgrade, digital delivery and correction period. Our refund and cancellation policy covers duplicate charges and paid downloads that cannot be delivered or fixed. Separately commissioned design work is discussed and quoted directly.

Your files and outputs

You remain responsible for files and information you enter, and for checking documents before sharing or submitting them. Only use files, logos, photos and content that you own or have permission to use. Do not create forged records, impersonate others or use the tools for unlawful purposes.

Estimates and professional advice

Calculations, templates and guides provide general information. They do not replace a bank's quotation, official tax calculation, professional advice or legal review. Money tools are in Beta 1 and may contain errors. Confirm important results with the relevant official documents or a qualified professional.

PDF text, fonts and layouts vary. Review every edited page and keep an original copy. A signature image is not automatically a certified digital signature. Resume templates do not guarantee a job, and generated documents are not guaranteed to be accepted by an institution.

Advertising and outside websites

Selected public pages may display advertisements. An advertisement is not an endorsement by ToolSaathi. Outside websites, advertisers and linked resources have their own terms and privacy practices.

Responsible use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, abuse its infrastructure or generate artificial advertising traffic. Do not copy our original website content and present it as your own service.

Limits and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the tools are provided as available without a promise of completeness, accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. The Privacy and Disclaimer pages explain additional limits and data practices.
