Refunds & cancellations

Current payment status

Existing ToolSaathi downloads remain free. The optional website design upgrade is coming soon, and paid checkout is not open. The conditions below explain how future paid design downloads will be handled once payments launch.

When we refund

We refund an extra duplicate charge for the same purchase. We also refund a paid design download that we cannot deliver, or an unusable paid file when we cannot fix the problem and provide a working replacement.

Contact support first so we can verify what happened and try to resolve the problem. An unresolved delivery or technical fault remains eligible for review even if an attempted download was made.

Corrections and changing your mind

After a working digital design has been downloaded, a change of mind is not a reason for a refund. The planned upgrade includes your own corrections and repeat downloads of the same design for 7 days after successful payment, so you can adjust your details during that period.

This condition does not remove remedies for an unresolved fault, non-delivery or rights provided by applicable law.

Cancelling a purchase

You can close the Download window without buying anything. Once paid checkout is available, you can leave it before completing payment. If a payment has already succeeded, a cancellation request is considered under the refund conditions above.

If your bank shows a debit but the purchase is pending or failed, contact us with the payment reference. We will check its actual status before deciding whether delivery, a reversal or a refund is needed.

How to request help

Email services@reasonix.tech. Include the tool or design name, your order or payment reference if available, the date and a short description of the issue.

Do not send passwords, payment secrets, full card details, bank statements or identity documents. Use a cropped or redacted screenshot if it helps explain an error.

Refund processing

We verify the purchase and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. The provider and bank determine when the credit appears; we will share the available refund status or reference so you can track it.
